Our Services

West End Physiotherapy provides expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of injuries and conditions.

After filling out your pre-assessment form, your physio will assess your condition through further questions and physical examination. These are all done in one of our private consultation rooms where we take a full medical history and will include details of any previous treatments and outcomes to ensure we make the right diagnosis. This part of the assessment gives us a better indication of the cause of your current pain or injury.

We then complete a full clinical exam to diagnose and find the cause of your problem. Here is where we assess your range of movement, muscle strength and balance. This assessment is individualised to each patient based on our initial consultation.

After this assessment is complete, we will discuss our findings and advise you on the best treatment plan for you.

Once agreed upon, we build an individualised treatment plan best suited to your recovery. Our team prides itself in taking a hands-on approach while focussing on best practice for your treatment, as well as long term injury prevention. All consultations are 30 minutes with no overlapping of patients.

Common treatment techniques used may include joint mobilisation, massage, western acupuncture, dry needling and exercise prescription.
